Musical Definitions

* Accent: An unusual manner of pronunciation, eg: "Y'all sang that real good!"
* Accidentals: Wrong notes.
* Ad Libitum: A premiere.
* Agitato: A string player's state of mind when a peg slips in the middle of a piece.
* Agnus Dei: A woman composer famous for her church music.
* Altered Chord: A sonority that has been spayed.
* Attaca: "Fire at will!"
* Augmented Fifth: A 36-ounce bottle.
* Bar Line: A gathering of people, usually among which may be found a musician or two.
* Beat: What music students to do each other with their musical instruments. The down beat is performed on the top of the head, while the up beat is struck under the chin.
* Bravo: Literally, How bold! or What nerve! This is a spontaneous expression of appreciation on the part of the concert goer after a particularly trying performance.
* Breve: The way a sustained note sounds when a violinist runs out of bow.
* Cadence:
1. The short nickname of a rock group whose full name is Cadence Clearwater Revival.

Beach BBQ that is.

As soon as i got into edo's car, we decided to go get his DSLR from Muharram, who's doing coverage about Battle of the Bands- Rhythm Nation. Took some time to look for him, but get it in the end. Then journey continues with edo's trusty gadget.

There's quite a number of people at pantai Kundur but, we found ourself a nice place. An empty nice place to be precise.

Activities goes as said like on edo's log.

Update:

As soon as the bunch of us were drop at the beach, some of us proceeds to to play card games, mashing up black peppers(me), marinating chickens, baling baling bola.

Then, all of a sudden the director of the trip is thrown into the sea. And, he's the only one who's thrown into the sea for this trip.---refer edo's log to know more about the throw.

Next is a short game of dodgeball which involve like 8 people. Since there's isn't much people in the game, it died out fast. Move on to this batting batting game. This game suck as well, well, some of us were lack of aggresiveness to give people a bat.

The nigth ends quite fun withme , K gang, Ameow and cicak, had abit of bola baling game. Too bad no pictues are available.

Hey, it's been a long time since our merdeka Gathereing, in fact this is my second merdeka outings with you guys but , it's just more merrier.

So, will be breifing through my experience on the night.
It was a quiet night and already have 2 dinners before I went to this Merdeka Yum char session. That's why you guys were spotting me not ordering anyting cause I just had 2 hours ago.Though I'm not a McD fancy guys , so decide to order something light to have. I can't believe that I'll get a burger sundae drink set, cause Im attract to one of the paper that's wrap on the burger. You guys sure find it weird eh? to order a burger base on it's wrapper. Neway, I got a double cheese , whihc i have no idea wat the content under the wrapper. I believe this method of ordering is more exciting unlike the usual where I knew what i'll be eating.

Before that, I got here first with Yuuki-san at McD and we're bookin tables waiting for the next convoy. The next to reach is ... actually i forgot the sequence (what matters is we got here first ahaha) followed(not in sequence) by wilson, Khurshid,Koril, sakurahime.. (lost count of convoys that goes, but I sure do know tha tkeegan's convoy is the lasst. So much for being a Malaccan , ahaks).

Basically, what we've been doing is chit-chatting, and someone(was it kuro's or Yuhi?)'s megami magazine was passed around like the village whore. And, cholic is ushering me to do some Dark-chaos stalkin cameo,? maybe gonna /b/ it?

Then , when Khurshid when to pick up kristine, the air-condition was turned off, heck I got no idea why and the situation is pretty stuffy around. Sharvan suggests to go out for some fresh air. We did some long chat outside about random life stuff.

Well, seems like the crowd starts gettin bored and tired we decide to fuck off from McD and their Shitty stuffy environment. Then we'll be meetin up with kristine and the rest at somewhere in Tmn Kerjasama. Well, keegan, Holy, Dark-chaos, Sakura-hime, with a couple of memebrs decided to head back home . As i know Keegan and the gang will be going for their figurine hunting at XL-shop, times square for its merdeka's 50% discount.

Then, next, We head ourselves to the promisedland in tmn kerjasama. Seriously, i had my taste on its roti sandwich, and wowed by it delicious spicyness and tanginess( credits yuhi for a piece of it).

Thing were pretty fun over here too, you know kurogane talking about graphic cards, gacc stuff, and everythings just random. Seems like the whole was as merry as the mood of merdeka.

Gone back, check out my friend and we did some dumb stuff. Went to putra's place lepak. Lepaked till 9.30 in the morning then goes to sleep.

It's just heck of a tired night.

It's been a while since I update

So.. I know that it's been a while since I've updated this online journal of mine. Seems like I've chaged the templaesof this journal and Im thinking of making it as an online diary to remind myself the chores I have to do through the time. By doing so I can use it a reference for my daily lives. Since there's PCs around MMU, it would be convenient for me to access my journal.

IT's been a bad week all this while, Iknow i've been compromising much with the study time that's given to me. Result? gotta get prepared for my supplementary papers soon. There's maybe 2-3 papers whihc I trhink I have to go through again before I got into beta level degree program.

Anyway, so wat am I going to do now with my 2 weeks long holiday?

Hmm.. besides being a photo blog, I do think i gotta do some journal onmy blog as well.

here's the 50 cents question.what should I talk about? ok.. I'll talk about my life and what i feel like generally after Im enrolled in MMU.

as you can see, live in MMU has been quite refreshing. I have been involved with quite alot of activity whihc I belive has given tremendous experience.

Maybe I'll talk about my social live. I would like to say I've been quite close to my housemates.Learn alot from them and also teach them alot too. All the the mistake, the fun , the sad, the ugly, happy, the R-rated, hmm.. what can I say.. well it's just /b/ to me. hough one thing I could say that we just lack of the nerdy ness about us.

the shisha
well, is some shisha session that zahier organized for the 3 of us, zahier, me and jason. Well I kinda forgot what's the purpose of us having a shisha, oh just go for it and see whats up to. first we got our selves quite a generous porpotioin of food. umm.. its generally a arab-malay fusion mixed rice. had that and we were almost bloated. then here comes the shisha. some of us are comtemplating that it might get us vomit with the amount of food we just had. so wat, just go for it. from what I heard from my international fren whois from yemen, Shisha is bad, something like smoking you know. it's just that it's not addictive. Its just something whihc made you get light headed and dizzy and also causes a dried up throat. doing it once in a while is fine as in to get communal feel.
